# Connect Google

> Sync your calendar and email for the Daily Brief.

# Connect Google

Once connected, your Daily Brief on the Overview dashboard shows upcoming calendar events and relevant emails — pulled automatically each morning. No manual entry, no tab-switching.

  <Step title="Open Integration Settings">
    Click your profile picture in the bottom left of the sidebar. Select **Settings**, then navigate to the **Integrations** tab.

  <Step title="Connect your Google account">
    Click **Connect Google Account**. Select your Google account and grant the requested permissions.

    Nuri requests read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar. It does not send emails or modify calendar events on your behalf.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your Daily Brief">
    Return to the **Overview** dashboard. Your Daily Brief will now show upcoming events from your calendar and recent emails flagged as relevant to your practice.

  Project deadlines you create in Nuri can be synced back to Google Calendar. Enable this from **Settings → Integrations** after connecting.
