Track a project

A project in Nuri is a container for a deadline. It holds your tasks, linked artworks, contacts, and documents in one place — so nothing slips through the gap between your calendar, inbox, and notes app.
1

Create a new project

Two ways to start:From the Overview: Click New project in the Quick Actions grid on your dashboard. From the Projects tab: Click the Projects icon in the left navigation, then + New Project in the top right.
2

Define the project

Once the project creation modal opens:
  • Name: Give it a clear, specific title (e.g., “Venice Biennale 2026 Submission” rather than “Venice”).
  • Deadline: The final due date, submission deadline, or exhibition opening.
  • Description: Briefly outline the goals or requirements — this helps the AI surface relevant tasks.
3

Connect your studio assets

Inside your new project, link everything related to it:
  • Link Artworks: Attach the specific pieces from your Inventory that belong to this project.
  • Link Contacts: Tag the curators, galleries, or collaborators involved.
  • Add Tasks: Break the project into actionable steps with individual due dates.
