Add your first artwork

Your inventory is the foundation of everything in Nuri. Exhibitions, applications, and projects all draw from it. Start with one piece — you can always add more.
1

Open the Inventory

Two ways to get there:
  • Click New on your Overview dashboard, then select New artwork
  • Or navigate to Inventory in the sidebar and click New artwork
2

Enter the artwork details

Fill in what you know. All fields can be edited later.
  • Title: The name of the work as it appears on your CV.
  • Year: The year completed (or started, for multi-year works).
  • Medium: The materials used (e.g., “Oil on linen”, “Bronze, cast”).
  • Dimensions: Width × Height × Depth in your preferred unit (e.g., 24 × 36 in).
3

Upload images

Upload high-resolution photos of the work. Nuri supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC.For each image, select a tag before uploading — Front View, Detail Shot, Installation, or Other. This keeps your archive organized across multiple works.
4

Save the artwork

Click Save Artwork. The piece is now in your catalog and available to link to shows, projects, and applications.
Add at least three artworks before exploring the Listings. More inventory gives Nuri’s AI better signal for matching you to opportunities.
